For active GridAlpha subscribers, we collect the minimum necessary data to authenticate your requests, specifically: standard HTTP headers, origin IP addresses (for rate-limiting), and your associated email address which is required exclusively to deliver your Unkey API credentials and handle billing via Stripe.
GridAlpha is an enterprise infrastructure provider. We do not sell user data, usage telemetry, or API logs to third parties. Your telemetry is used exclusively for infrastructural load-balancing, Unkey request volume attribution, and anomaly detection to guarantee microsecond latency across our global regions.
Your email will only be used by GridAlpha and our infrastructure partners (Resend, Stripe) to securely transit your generated API keys and handle subscription renewal notices. We do not operate promotional mailing lists.
Our API keys are symmetrically hashed and managed entirely by Unkey. Stripe handles all PCI-compliant payment mechanics. None of GridAlpha's core infrastructure stores plain-text passwords or credit card information.
